To clarify, the definition of \"new with tags\" for jewelry is: \"A brand-new, unused, and unworn item (including handmade items) in the original packaging (such as the original box or bag) and/or with the original tags attached.\" It doesn\'t include price tags, but does include the original box if I\'ve said I have it :) My items are all from an estate and if marked \"new with tags,\" they are unused, although they may have tarnished in storage.
