Beautifullyhand chased & engravedwith a series of floral & building decorated reserves, pierced floral panels around the top & further floral repousse work to the pedestal base.

Excellent work of the highest quality.

Excellent condition with a few age related base rim bruises.

No wear through.

Tests positive for silver & is also stamped \"90\" on the base rim as pictured.

Central shield cartouche engraved: Presented By E & M Staff.

Three interior pegs for supporting a rose mesh if required.
