An incredible early 20th century, Yoruba Geleda tribal carved wooden, 2 faced helmet / mask from Nigeria, Africa.

White face on one side and Black face on the other. Great features and style. Nicely Carved teeth, noses and lips.

Extra Large mask, approx. 16\" Tall x 11\" Wide. Bright paint and translucent white wash ; old mirror scraps added to hair on both sides. From a Colorado, Tribal Art collectors (non-smoking ) estate.

Has cracks but very stable. Stand not included.
