Large antique Georgianwhite Irish linen damask hand woven tablecloth. Central design of flowers and foliage and scrolls and lilies to the corners and borders. It has been washed and is clean and ready for use. No holes or damage. Measures 84\" long by 66\" wide.It is becoming much more difficult to find these very old damask cloths in good conditions - this one has a good design with no stains or damage

Please be aware that most of the linens and textiles that I sell are old, have been pre-owned and used and as a result may have flaws commensurate with age and use. Unless stated in the main description, these are not immediately noticeable. If you expect a new, pristine condition item please think carefully before offerding. I have to stress this as some customers appear to expect immaculate items with no signs of previous use. If you are not accustomed to vintage linens then please ask questions before offerding.

Many, if not all, linens will also have a laundry mark - either in indelible ink or embroidery onto an edge or a corner. This dates the item to a time when linen was sent out of the home to be laundered. If this will be a problem for you please enquire about any laundry marks for a specific item before offerding or buying.
