This is an absolutely beautiful antique German silver trinket/table box measuring 6” (15 cms) x 6” (15 cms) x 2 1/4” (6 cms) high. It is covered in beautiful decoration of cherubs playing musical instruments on the lid and is also decorated all round the sides with cherubs. It has the German silver mark 800 with the makers initials for Wilhelm Weinranck who worked in Hanau from 1890.
