Overlays of painstaking and detailed brushwork, black border with gilt dots, and long steel shank
Rich polychrome enamel colors of purple, blue, green and rust orange
Hand painted golden gilt details that stand out from the surface, and small gold stippling

She was an avid collector of hat pins, and her collection spans 80 years, dating from the 1860\'s through the 1930\'s.  Condition Rating:
