The baluster form vase is cobalt blue. The urn stands 19 1/2\" in height with a diameter of 10 3/4\". The bottom of the urn is drilled and part of the rim is repaired which is shown in the last 2 pictures. The piece still displays well. These would be easy restoration form a professional.
