This is an authentic and guaranteed antique russian icon of the Resurrection of Christ from Russia.It is painted by very a very high master -iconpainter according to the tenedencies of Russian iconography of the end 19th century, obviously the called Neorussian - academic school. The artist was a high master of iconpainting as you can see in the very spiritual and fine expression of Christ in his face.The technique is oil paints on wood .
