Early 20th Century French post impressionist oil painting on canvas of a river landscape at sunsetwith a wooden mooring to the fore by the circle of Emile Bernard 1868 - 1941 . Signed Bernard and dated 32 lower left. The structure of the painting reads so well and is complemented subtle colour range and fluent brushwork. Measures 31 1/2\" x 29 1/2\" (80cms x 75cms) and 34 1/2\" x 32 1/2\" (88cms x 83cms) in its good gilt frame. In good clean condition ready to hang.
