Hello Everybody!! This was a very old specimen even before I got it. It has been in my collection for over 10 years and I am downsizing my massive collection. The mine in Shell, Wyoming has been closed for over 30 years where this Spanish Pointe agate came from. There is not a lot of this one on the market and is extremely rare to find a large piece of it. This one has the classic black dendrites and translucent agate that is found in this mine. The measurements on it are 4.75\" tall x 3\" wide x 1.5\" deep and weighs a whopping 1 pound 2.5 ounces. The display stand you see in the pictures does not come with it. I use it to get great pictures for you to see. The agate you see in the pictures is the one you receive.
