Extremely rare and unique vintage Mid Century Modern Murano glass chandelier with polished chrome prisms! Seven tiers of lovely alternating metal and handmade glass crystals, 110 total, creating a striking lighted sculpture for your ceiling. Place this over your dining table, or in the center of your living room or bedroom, or welcome guests in the foyer with this glamorous designer piece. Like jewelry for your home, it\'s the perfect statement for those appreciative of fine art and quality MCM lighting. Complements your Milo Baughman or Vladimir Kagan furniture, and would be right at home in any modern luxe glam setting. A rare find in excellent condition, works well and has a very sturdy construction. Comes with the original sleek 6 1/8\" ceiling canopy. Possibly Camer or Venini, no labels. The body of the fixture measures about 20\" wide and about 20\" high, plus has about 13\" of chain included. Very bright with 17 candelabra base bulbs (not included), plus one standard medium base down-light bulb. The chrome hanging prisms and glass triedre crystals come in two sizes... the top levels are comprised of 11\" pieces and the lower levels are 6\" long. It\'s substantial in weight and size but compact enough for most installations. Some patina and aging to the silver/chrome frame. Chrome, angular v-shaped hanging prisms are look great with a mirror like finish, reflecting light beautifully. A few of the stock clips have been replaced with wire for hanging them. There are 3 crystals which have flaws inside them, fissures not affecting their integrity and certainly not anything noticeable when installed - but an easy replacement if desired. You really cannot notice because two are covered up by the upper tiers. And, there is only one 11\" glass piece with a flaw inside on the top level, which is lost in so much reflection and shine. That is all. Overall an outstanding 1960\'s Chicagoland chandelier ready to grace your home, office, or interior design project. Sold as is as shown and described.
