Exquisite Sandizell Porcelain. This piece is in excellent condition. There is an area on the ruffled hem of the front of the gown that is irregular; I believe it was part of the manufacturing process. There are two tiny pinpoint holes in the skirt just under the are holding the fan. Other than this I have not detected any chips, cracks or damage on inspection; however I am human and may have missed something, but it is in exceptional condition in my opinion.
