Navajo silver artist Leah Cleveland has done a wonderful job with this. It is of hollow or pillow construction, with the top slightly domed to emphasize the shape of the bear. There is a stylized heart line; the elegant shape of the legs are accentuated with further overlay and some stamp work. The bear alone measures approximately 2.5 inches from nose to rear, 1.5 inches from feet to top; the bale is large enough for most chains or necklaces measuring 0.4 by 0.8 inches. The total drop length is 2.7 inches. Total weight is 22.5 grams or 0.8 ounces. Penny is for size reference. Marked Sterling and signed with Leah\'s Lizard mark.
