This sale is for a beautiful, large folk art papier mache centerpiece candleholder by Abelardo Ruiz. The design features a bare-breasted woman in a floral headdress with matching gown. It is signed by the artist on the underside of the base. There is crazing in the finish with a small paint scuff on the throat and more around the base, and I haven\'t attempted to remove the candle, but this is otherwise in good condition and displays wonderfully. Measures 19\" tall and 15\" wide across the bottom of the dress.
