Charming large vintage French enameled plaque was at one time attached to the exterior of a French door. Heavy thick metal with vivid blue enamel and white \"frame\" around the edge; raised number 47 also in white enamel. Has retained the enamel gloss through the years. Many uses! Holes in each corner for attaching to a door. We also love these plaques attached with twine to an old basket. Minimum loss of enamel along edges due to age and use.
