Circumference including opening, measured with a cloth tape: 9 1/8Center medallion: 3 1/2 X 3 1/2 ~Set with a total of fifty-three (53)petit-point polished pieces of turquoiseSide mounts: each is inset with ten (10) pieces of polished turquoise.Bracelet contains a total count of seventy-three (73) petit-point or teardropshaped turquoise.
Twisted wire detailing with silver metal beadsActual age is unknown. Purchased one summer (1972-1978) . My family vacationedin the Southwest(I don\'t think we missed a Reservation, trading post, touristspot or a historical marker). We kept no records of our purchases. This qualitybracelet likely came from Rex Arrowsmith\'s shop in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Note:the bracelet was not new when purchased.Condition: no repairs noted. Several stones have small areas of original epoxywhere the artisan filled a gap in the stone. Several stones show the presenceof what is probably iron pyrite(areas appear silvery). Natural inclusions arepresent as is matrix.A virtual symphony of Turquoise in colors of soft greens and lovely blues.
