Large antique CHINA embroidered silk textile, superb piece! Antique textile with fine embroidery on a bluish backup material (this one appears to be a mixture of silk and cotton?). Guaranteed antique piece. Quite a few condition issues though: the gold thread is coming off in quite a few portions. There are a few small stains etc. The superbly worked gold thread bordure is still intact but it has come off in some parts from the textile. A few rough stitches to re-connect it to the garment should easily solve the problem. Weighing over 800 grams!
