Photo of the LAST SURVIVOR of the WAR OF 1812, Hiram Cronk!!!

Born in Frankfort, New York, Hiram Cronk enlisted at AGE 14 with his fatherand two brothers on August 4, 1814. He served with the New York Volunteers inthe defense of Sackett\'s Harbor, and was discharged November 16, 1814. Heworked for most of his life as a shoemaker and died at age 105!!!
