This was used in making of the anime series SAILOR MOON, from the S TV Season. Here we have PROFESSOR TOMOE from the villain group, the Death Busters. Love this cel. Great cel from EPISODE 99 Professor Tomoe having a fit! Love the dark hues used in this image.

Cel is in great condition for a TOEI animation cel of this age. Photos are of the actual cel that you are offerding on.

Comes from an adult collector and smoke free home. Cel has been kept preserved in a plastic sleeve and art portfolio away from light. Never displayed.

Cel has the sequence number #A-27. Comes with it\'s matching unstuck pencil sketch. Not stuck to anything. Primo condition!!!
