This is a Limited Edition New Jersey Municipalities Porcelain Collectible by Laszlo Ispanky. This is a very rare item number 122 of only 750 that were made for New Jersey\'s Sate League of Municipalities 100th anniversary in between 1975 and 1979, it is a creamy white with a pale blue front with a gold keyand a pale blueoutline on the back,the front is rimmed with gold olive branches, Laszlo Ispanky\'s signature and patent is marked on the bottom.
