Late 1800\'s Antique Brass Polish Style Shabbat Shabbos Candelabra Candle Sticks:

Here is the lineage of this menorah/candelabra.

I was born in 1951.

My mother, Charlotte Rose Stock Boritz, lived from 1923 - 1996.

My grandmother, Rebecca Garfield Stock, lived from 1904-1965.

My great-grandmother, Ida, lived from circa 1882-unknown. This was the menorah or candelabra she brought with her from Russia.  It was used to light Shabbat/Shabbos candles on Friday night.

Ida immigrated in 1900. She met and married McBeth Garfield shortly after that.  Although McBeth was born in New York, his parents were born in Austria.  I do not know Ida\'s maiden name or exactly when she married McBeth.  At the time of his death in 1937, he was the foreman for the street cleaning department of New York. He was 55 at the time of his death.

The menorah is in the \"polish-style\".  It has been handed down to me, but I have too many artifacts from the family.  I would like to give a new family tree the opportunity to own this piece full of memories.

I gave the piece a quick polish, but I have not done it justice.  My hands are no longer strong enough to do a good job.  There are marks I believe will come off with a proper cleaning and polishing.  I simply couldn\'t do it.

The base is 4.5\" in diameter.

It stands 9.25\" tall.

It is 10.5\" wide.

It weighs 2lbs 2.1oz.
