I offer alarge selection of Christmas Village pieces current and hard to find. Lots of different makers including RetiredDept. 56,Lemax,Santa\'s Workbench, O’Well and others. I also have lots of accessories to complete your village, soplease look through my store to find more of what you\'re looking for.

My pieces have been used, but are in excellent condition, unless otherwise noted. ( Please see above in item details for notes. ) They include the original box, and a light. The houses I sell fit with a standard size Dept 56 or Lemax Villages.

Best Offers: I price my stuff very reasonable and do not sell these to make a huge profit, so please when making a \"Best Offer\", don\'t offer half the price. I will only accept a reasonable offer.

Shipping: I know shipping is expensive. I ONLY charge what the Post Office charges me. I use bubble wrap and peanuts on all of my items, and take great care in packaging your item. I can’t control the Postal Service however and they do tend to throw things around. If you happened to receive something and it is broke…PLEASE contact me first. I am a reasonable person and am will to work with you. I do not charge the customer for the products I use to ship the item to you so please understand that this is a big expense that I do not recoup the cost from. I am happy to combine shipping on USA purchases ONLY to save you money.

I do not ship international, so I can not quote prices for multiple items. However, it is possible for you to still purchase from me. has a separate company that requires me to ship to a ship point here in the USA. From there they will ship it to you. If you are interested in more then one item, please email me and I can put the items in one sale for you. As I stated I do not ship International. I can not invoice you. The only thing I do, is ship to them and they do the rest.
