Shipping

Levenger_Outlet uses FedEx Ground or FedEx Home for the shipment on all orders.We no longer use Smart Post toship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Allorders must be shipped to a physical address.Roadway or an equivalent carrier is used when shipping oversized items at a flat rate of $95.00. Local pick up is available at no additional charge in Memphis, TN from our warehouse. Rates given are flat rates to all locations and include handling fees.

We will gladly combine shipping on all unpaid items that are won within a 7 day period. Just e-mail us to let us know that you are still offerding on other items. RETURNS

Levenger_Outlet\'s sales are final. We will accept returns under the following circumstances only:

1. You receive the wrong item.

2. The item has undisclosed damage.

If your item has damage that was not disclosed in the listing,we will offer an exchange for the exact same item if we have one in stock. If we do not have that exact item in stock, we will refund the item\'s purchase price.

The incorrect or damaged item MUST be returnedand received before we ship the correct or exchanged item. Buyer pays for return shipping and must provide a tracking number on all returns.

You have 14 days from receipt of your item to contact us regarding a return.
