Beautiful untouched, unpolished,never honed,never used,early Lie Nielsen mitre plane no. 9 with the trigger blade adjuster. This is a very rare type one version ,first series, factory numbered by Thomas Lie Nielsen, number 18 of only 300 made, they then went to the cast bodies and other adjuster types. Original cherry handles and infill,solid brass,steel trigger, beautiful early lever cap,a classic mitre plane in nearly perfect condition,defiantly a great investment piece,as it will never be made again.
