Up for sale is a beautiful book I found at an estate sale: \"The Life and Times of Abraham Lincoln,\" by L.P. Brockett, published in 1865 by Bradley & Co., Philadelphia. I believe it\'s a first edition. Has 1865 both on the copyright page and on the title page. No earlier printings stated. Nice shape for the age. Cover has typical age scarring but nothing too bad. Lovely spine. Binding tight. Some foxing on a few early pages but most pages are pretty clean. No cracking at the hinges of the cover. Wonderful book with a great low opening offer.
