This is a LIMOGES FRANCE TRINKET BOX X-LARGE EGG SHAPE in new display condition. (Exactly same as Rochard made at same location.) This was on display in a high end shop. Hand-painted enamel and gold gilt. There is very slight side to side movement on the hinge when open. Very minor. Different from smaller trinket boxes, the clasp lifts up and down. Hallmark on bottom.
Measures5.7\" Highby 4.9\" wide. Weighs 22.08 ounces.
