You are purchasing a Vintage 1940\'s complete set Little Women story book doll greeting cards in original envelope. The cards were published by Hallmark with the names of the actresses who played the four main characters in the 1949 Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer production of \"Little Women\" produced and directed by Mervyn LeRoy. June Allyson as Jo, Elizabeth Taylor as Amy, Margaret O\'Brien as Beth, and Janet Leigh as Meg. Never used. They are really beautiful only minor flaws on the dolls(hallmark called them dolls) so I guess they are an in between of a paper doll and a greeting card. Two of the hat feathers are really full and the other two are shorter and not full like the other two so there is feather missing.There is some minor aging/foxing its mostly in the center inside where the tape is and its light the cards are beautiful. The center sequins on the doll are there. On the edge flap where they open tiny crease its minor. One tiny corner crease on one. The original grey envelope has some flaws. There is a small split where it folds from the glue coming loose with age There is a few tiny tears shown some creases and some wear. Some aging. Great addition to your collection.
