This clown is marked on the bottom: Llardo Handmade in Spain Daisa 1987 with the stamp 5472.
He has been lovingly displayed in a smoke free, adult only home inside a glass display case. He does not have any chips or cracks with the exception of what has been disclosed above....the neck of the violin appears to have been repaired at some point. This repair is under the clowns\' hand and may need to be repaired again (it seems not to hold very well...ie: if bumped, it has a slight tilt, but has never fallen off). This item was not in my personal household, but of a friends\'. She is downsizing and is selling all of her various collectibles. I felt it important to simply state that a repair might be in order instead of hide this from you. I simply noticed it while looking at the piece with a magnifying glass.
