This Lladro piece is a porcelain figurine depicting ascene in which a mother is tenderly reading abedtime story to her young daughter. Dressed in apastel blue porcelain night gown with elaborate floraldetailing, the mother sits on an ornate stool as sheholds open the story book, gently reading from it.The daughter is dressed in a similar dress but in awhite colour with pink detail at the hem, as sheaffectionately leans on her mother\'s lap, sleepilyfollowing the story that she is being read.
