Here\'s a great Lladro for those with budding ballerinas in their families or simply for collectors who enjoy the beautifully designed, sculpted and finished porcelain pieces for which Lladro is so famous. This beautiful dancer with her blue blouse and leggings and her super white tutu stands approximately 9\" tall; from her flared tutu to her elegantly pointed ballet slipper, she is about 6 1/2\" wide, and the hassock\'s base is about 2 1/2\" in diameter. Although she is at rest in this pose, her innate poise shows through beautifully and is captured so well by the artist Juan Huerta. This figurine was initially cast in 1978 and was retired in 1992. There are no chips or cracks that I noted, but please review the pictures as an additional reference. Sorry, I do not have the box for this piece.
