Up for sale is something I know nothing about and could not find much on the internet It is a Lladro Norman Rockwell porcelain figurine,I belive there was 5000 made[from what I read] it was issued in 1982 and retired in 1984,this one is in very nice condition except the tip of his cap got broke off ,but I do have the piece with the piece the figurine would be about 10 1/2 \"s tall
