Ribbon included. Retired. Just a nice addition to trim your basket with this lovely accessory. MPN is 32492. Looks like to me never out of the box. Made in the U.S.A. This was a special gift given to collector club members commemorating our 25 Anniversary. This is the actual tie on you will receive. Nice to add to your collection or give as a gift. Since this was an estate find, I can not tell you if it came from a smoke free, pet free home. Bought many Longaberger baskets and accessories from this estate awhile ago and now getting around to listing. Reason so long in listing was that my husband got very will and has since passed away, HE was more important to me than listing on . Now trying to get everything listed.
