Item is NEW & comes in original unopened plastic baggie from the factory, purchased, then stored in our smoke free home with my basket inventory. If you missed the opportunity to purchase this liner....here you go!! Liner is designed to fit inside the basket, thenfolds over the edge. It was designed to fit the original large desktop basket, but will also work with the sort & store desktop with no opening for the metal ornament...just sits above it. These are getting very hard to find especially in NEW condition. I thought I had sold out of these last year but I found one more in another bin today, so here you go!!
