Please keep in mind, when considering sending an offer, as store owners, we have invested our time andmoney into each item that we have in our store. We do our best to keep pricing as low as possible while covering all of our costs and fees associated with the item and a minimal profit margin so that we can continue to invest in more items for your consideration.
Shipping, Handling and Packaging of our Merchandise
We use the shipping estimator when it comes to what to charge for shipping each item, We add $1.00 in handling charges (unless otherwise specified in our listing) to offset the cost of shipping supplies. Given that most of our items are fragile, the $1.00 in handling charges does not cover the costto us for packagingbut it does help to offset the high costof such products (bubble wrap, boxes, foam, dividers, etc.)
Most of the time, we will process your purchase within 3 days of full payment being received. If a package is taken to the post office after 5pm CST time, it will not ship until the following businessday. If you have made a purchase from us on a Friday or Saturday (after 1:00pm) or Sunday, it will not ship out until Monday, at the earliest, because of our local post office closing early on Saturdays. This is why we have allowed ourselves the 3-day handling time. We do ,however, try to expedite the shipping when possible, especially if the customer has requested it be shipped by a certain day or ASAP.
Multiple Listing Purchases
Contact us if you are wanting to purchase multiple items from our store. We are willing to combine shipping costs on some items but not on all. This is because some piecesare very fragile and we do not want your purchase to arrived damaged. We will determine this on each multiple item purchase. We recycle and reuse boxes and packaging materials whenever possiblein order to provide the lowest shipping costspossible to our customers. We take great care in packaging our pieces to ensure you will receive your item in the condition that you purchased it.
