Longaberger Collectors Club 1996 J. W. Miniature Market Basket Combo with rare extras
This is a fun \"Collector\'s Find\" for items of the J.W. MiniaturesTami Longaberger signed this basket in the factory as a special promotion introducing the new series of JW Longaberger miniatures for the Collectors Club. A Certificate of Authenticity validates the basket and Tami\'s signature. In the beginning all miniatures were woven by a few talented weavers because of the extreme difficulty. Baskets were randomly shipped so not every charter member received a signed basket. I was one of the lucky ones!
A bit of history: Dave Longaberger created the Longaberger company, and his daughter Tami later became President and CEO when her father passed. As a graduate of Ohio State University, Tami was the first woman to lead a nation-wide direct sales company of this size at that time.
Condition:Truly Mint Condition - never displayed or used. The blue trim is vibrant and the maple splints crisp and new.
The combo is in beautiful mint condition, protector, and JW fabric liner in original bag.
A small product card and formal initialed inspection card.
A gold seal on the box reads: \"Your J. W. Collection Miniature is personally signed by a Longaberger Family Member\" The box is in clean condition, marked \"Charter Member\" to distinguish it from miniatures sold later.
