Lot 2 Vintage Celluloid Animals Frog (VC USA Viscoloid) Turtle with Eagle Mark:

For sale are two vintage celluloid animals. One is a turtle that is marked on one foot with an eagle and shield mark. The other is a frog marked on the base with an intertwined \"V\" and \"C\" with a small \"O\" in the center. These letters are contained within a circle. Immediately below the circle it is marked \"USA.\" This trademark belonged to the Viscoloid Company founded in 1912 in Massachusetts. In 1925 Viscoloid was purchased by the Dupont Company. Each piece is approximately 2 1/2\" in length. Both pieces are in very good condition, with no cracks or breaks.
