In a box, these weigh over 2 pounds. 15 vintage EMPTY jewelry boxes. Overall, these are in good condition, but read below:
1. Burnish-colored ring box, Semor Jewelry Creations, velvet, 2-1/2\" x 2\" x 1-1/4\" high. Good condition, good snap when closing.2. Plastic maroon (held a foliated cross reproduction by Peter Shorer at one time), 3-1/2\" x 3-1/4\" x approx. 1\" high. Flimsy closing, but good snap, scratches on the outside, tight close.3. Ortak Scotland ring box, close to 2\" x 2\" x 1-1/2\" high. Scratches on box, very good snap.4. Autom grey velvet (looks like man\'s jewelry box), close to 3-1/2\" wide x 2-1/2\" x close to 1-1/2\" high. Minor wear on velvet, good snap. 5. Blue velvet Van Scoy Diamond Mine ring box, 2\" x 1-3/4\" x 1-1/4\" high. Good condition, good snap. 6. Galt & Bro., Inc., Washington, D.C. Close to 3\" x 3\" x 1\" high. Writing shows wear, goldtone worn off on corners and going around box, severe wear marks on all four corners. It has no snap at all. This box is older and hows its age. 7. Bulova Fifth Avenue New York, possibly watch box, maroon velvet and plastic. 4-1/2\" x a little over 3\" x 1-1/2\" high. Wear on velvet on the top, tears on the faux leather bottom, good snap.8. Grey ring box, L.S. Ayers (I think), a little less than 2\" x 1-3/4\" x 1-1/2\" high. Rust on the hinge in the back, good snap.9. White N.Y. Diamond Center box, 4\" x 3-1/4\" x 1-1/2\" high. Good snap, but look at photo of inside -- does not look like it was well made to begin with. Not of the quality of the other boxes.10. Pinkish velvet necklace box, Alvin Magnon Jewelers, 2-1/2\" x 2-1/2\" x 1-1/4\" high. Some minor marks on velvet, good snap.11. Green Made in Ireland box, 2\" x 1-3/4\" x 1-1/4\". Some metal remaining on the inside tab. Good snap.12. McVan since 1944 maroon velvet (looks like a man\'s jewelry box), 3-1/4\" x 2-1/2\" x 1-1/4\" high. Good condition, good snap.13. Anson black (men\'s box?), 3-1/4\" x 2-1/2\" x 1-1/4\". Some stains on the inside and some scratches on the outside, good snap.14. Legant green fabric (man\'s box?), 2-1/2\" x 2-1/2\" x 1-1/4\". Wear mark on the bottom, good snap.15. Kirk blue box. 3-1/2\" x 2-1/2\" x 1-1/4. Minor scratches on bottom, good snap.
