Once the item leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for the item.  All items are from our warehouse in F.O.B. Berlin, CT and the seller accepts no responsibility for the item after it leaves our dock.  Any freight claim is between the carrier and the buyer.  Please inspect all packages carefully.  If you sign for an item from the freight company in good condition, they will deny any damage claims.

FREIGHT SHIPPING NOTE: Shipments over 150 lbs. will ship via common freight carrier.  Flat Freight Shipping is shipping to a commercial address (business) equipped with a loading dock or forklift.  Residential shipping and shipping to the carrier's terminal in your area for local pickup would be an additional cost.  Business addresses NOT equipped with a loading dock or forklift is usually an extra $50-$100.  Please contact us if you have any questions before purchasing an item or submitting a best offer.
