These VERY unusual vintage POLE lights with massive 34 Inch diameter green porcelain shades are being offered for PICK UP ONLY. These are bulky and unusual. Shipping would be very awkward and probably require disassembly to do it safely, possibly even crating. I am not interested in any of that.

Here for your offerding pleasure is a PAIR of late 1950s / early 1960s LARGE sized green porcelain POLE lights- these are really quite UNUSUAL and in many years of being a big fan of vintage lighting I have never seen any fixtures like them. Please note that these appear to be wired for your choice of three voltages- likely 120, 240 and ?- there are three pairs of color coded wires. The light itself is encased in a heavy duty screw on glass globe- these fixtures are standard base screw in size. Back in the day these probably had 200 to 300 watt bulbs in them. Note how the massive shade is meant to baffle all the light to the ground. These were likely installed in some sort of park Environment way back when. As you can see, the condition is very nice but NOT perfect. I quickly wiped (using water and a rag) some of the clay dirt dust off of these before taking the photos. That said, there is far less wear than you\'d expect to see on a green porcelain / white porcelain (on the inside of the shade) type of fixture. The secondary shades underneath appear to be just painted metal. I did not wipe that area down or the glass globes very much on either fixture- they should clean up considerably under the shade. Both screw down clear glass bulb protectors are in great shape. Please note that there are TWO internal shades, pierced with holes- one of the fixtures is missing the second smaller shade as seen in the photos. Total height of the fixtures from the top of the green porcelain shade to the bottom where the pole would come up through is about 18 inches. These are BULKY fixtures of uncommonly large size- they must weight 35 to 40 pounds each.

These are VERY unique and represent a great opportunity to get a really outrageous styled fixture onto your property to light your driveway. We do have a couple more of these fixtures that are available besides these.
