DESCRIPTION:
#1 Red crepe paper hat, about 10\" around the bottom rim which is reinforced with cardboard. Tied together at the top inside with wire. White paper pom poms on either side. A little yellowing of the white paper but the red is bright. No holes or tears.
#2 Cardboard hat with round flat top and wide brim is covered with red crepe paper ruffles. About 5.5\" across the brim. A little faded with a few water sots and small holes in the paper.
#3 Pink crepe paper hat about 11\" around the bottom rim which is reinforced with cardboard. Sewn across the top so it makes a point in front. White and green paper circles glued to the rim. Good condition.
