This is for a collection of 6 antique US Official Seals Stamps and Envelope Stamps. These stamps are hinged to their respective page from the Scott Stamp and Coin Collector\'s album.

Collection have hinge remnants.

All are used.

Some stamps are still attached to scraps of envelope.

One is torn on one end.

Please Note: Attempts have been made to show damages in pictures. Do not assume that these stamps are mint.

Please look at photos carefully. What you see in the picture is what you will be receiving. I am not a stamp expert and do not have documentation for it. I inherited a huge collection of stamps from my father-in-law and am selling them off to help offset the cost of college for my kids.

We have a one business day handling time. (We are closed on the weekends.)

We charge the actual shipping cost plus a small handling fee to cover packing costs and to insure your item will be packaged carefully.

Any packages $70.00 and above willinclude insurance.

We do notallow local pickup or delivery.

Combined shipping is available at our discretion based on actual package weight andvalue.

We are not responsible for service transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier and exclude weekends and holidays. These transit times are estimates only- delivery is not guaranteed within this time frame. Please be aware that transit times vary, especially during peak periods.

Expedited ShippingOptions

We do not offer overnight shipping unless you are able to provide us with a shipping label.

We charge a $4.00 handling fee for expedited shipping.

Any package needing to be expedited must have a cleared payment before 3:00 PMCentral Time. Anything processed after that time willship the following businessday.

Combined Shipping

We are happy to provide Combined Shipping for multiple items. Our combined shipping rates arebased onactualtotal weight, value, and destination.

Combined shipping is offeredat our discretion, as some items cannot be safely combined into one package.

If the total valueof all items purchased exceeds $40.00, or the combined weight exceeds 13 ounces, First Class Mail is not available.

If the total value of all items purchased exceeds $40.00, or the items fail to safely fit in a 9 inch x 12 inch envelope with adequate packaging, and it is being shipped Internationally, USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope is not available.

If the total value of all the items exceeds $69.00, insurance will be included.

If the total value of all items exceeds $249.99 and is being shipped domestically, Signature Confirmation will be required.

If the total value of all items exceeds $249.99 and is being shipped Internationally, USPS Express Mail and Signature Tracking will be of Sale
