Lot of six vintage black & white Stereograph Slidesmounted on heavy cardboard. Each slide measures 7\" by 3 7/8\".The six slides are of the USS Monitor Civil War ironclad ship and crew. Three of the slides have captions printed on the back -- see Photo #2. One caption says, \"This was part of Taylor and Huntington\'s series.\" Please Read Carefully: These cards sold two weeks ago for $146.50. The person who bought them returned them for a full refund and emailed to me the following message: \"The cards are printed in the \'half tone\' process the same as newspapers. I do not know when they were printed. The card stock seems to be an older type. Maybe from the 1930\'s to 1970\'s as they do not appear to be \'laser writer.\' The good news is that they seem to have good stereo properties.\" I am re-listing the slides at the original price of $19.
