You are offerding on a lot of TWO (2) Vintage D.A.M. QuickFinessaSpinning Reel’s 1 Made inWest Germany, One is aPre 1960model with normal wear. The Other reel does have Broken Foot (SEE PIC\'s) and is marked Germany, so I am including it in this lot so you will have a Spare Parts Reel. Capacity160 yds@12lb Weighs 11.2oz.Body of reel’shaveCleanlegible writingand a good emblem. Spool’s are in good shape, One has a gray drag knob and cork spool and the other has a red drag knob and is plastic.. reels both have some wear for a vintage reels but both are working reel’s with the exception of one reel having a broken foot. The Super-Sized and Zoom-Able pictures are of the reels which show it quite well.

The REEL INFO: DAM QUICK REELS are extremely well designed and have features that are not found on most other brands of spinning reels. The precision cut steel and bronze work gear ensure a smooth and almost silent operation. The gear ratio enables very fast line reteival. They have a ball baerng main bearing and crankshaft bearing bedded in sinter-mental. There is a reversible anit-reverse clutch and a winding handle that can fold down for storage and unfolds and locks in position when being used. The handle and clutch mode slector lever can be installed on either side for left or right handed fishermen. The closed bale pick-up on non-corroding steel is robust with a line guide made of tungsten caroffere. The spool is wide to ensure a large line capacity and incorporates a brake nut and a release mechanism which allows the spool to be removed with the simple push of a button.

HISTORY: The trade name in the UK and USA was changed to Quick which is slightly confusing because all Quick reels are D.A.M. reels and Quick reels. The main company in West Berlin was in business for more than 125 years and I think closed down sometime in the late 70\'s. Quick
