Type Estate Description This is a lovely ring with some serious diamonds. The shoulders have been split and crossed over the band. Into which are set the baguette cut diamonds on one side and the round cut diamonds on the other. There are little heart shapes cut out of the high mount for an extra touch.The ring is 8 mm wide at the top and the band tapers to 2mm at the back.

LOST/LATE MAIL:
While most of our items are received within three working days, there can be hold ups along the way, so we ask customers to wait for up to 10 days before contacting us. We notify our customers by email when their item is dispatched and we ask customers to check with their local sorting office if they have not received their item within ten days (20 days for International customers).
If your item has not arrived within 15 working days, it will be considered lost in the post. In such instances we will need you to work with us to file a claim with Australia Post and we will provide you with a replacement (or refund where no suitable replacement is available).
Please note that during peak times, such as Christmas and other public holidays, postage delays can occur.

RETURNS:

REFUNDS:
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please simply return for a refund. Please contact us so we can expect your item and then return it to PO Box 390, Morningside, QLD 4170 within30 days. We will process your return within five working days of receipt once the item has been inspected and approved for refund.
Please note that a 10% re-stocking fee will apply unless the item was faulty or not as described in the listing.
All goods have to be returned via registered post. Please ensure that you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
EXCHANGES:
We do not offer an exchange program at this time. To exchange your item, please return it to us for a refund, then purchase your replacement item and we will send it to you quickly and seamlessly.
