Lovely vintage Napco (National Potteries Corporation, Bedford, Ohio) Lady Head VaseShe has lovely coloring, wearing a blue dress and ruffled blue hat with white top with gold. She is wearing a \"pearl\" necklace and earrings. Please note the only flaw I can see is the goldish brown glue around the earring on her left ear and a very small amount of glue around the other earring. I am not certain but I believe this could be cleaned off, I used my nail to scrape a little and it came off. The colors of her nails and makeup are bright and lovely. About 5 1/2 inches tall, hat measures 5 inches by 4 1/4 inches, base measures 3 3/4 by 2 1/2.Lovely piece to add to your collection!
