This is a wonderful vintage sterling silver figural pig/piggy baby rattle...The details and workmanship are amazing on this chunky, puffy rattle--from his sweetest smiling face, right down to the little pockets on his overalls!!! Measures 3\" tall, 1 & 1/2\" deep, and 1 & 3/4\" across (wide)--in excellent vintage condition--no dings or dents or signs of wear--makes a soft, mellow rattling sound when shaken...Marked 925 on the bottom, with hand engraved initials \"FJD\", as well as an engraved cursive signature which I cannot make out (see pic)...He weighs 3.75oz on my Postal Scale, which equals ~105 grams...Nice shower gift for the mom-to-be or newborn baby\'s nursery...This one is a beauty!!!
