This is a pre owned bag! It is in generally good condition but when inspecting closely it has some wear. Inside the main compartment there is just general use wear nothing significant except the pocket that is zippered has a hole and loose threads. The other section o the inside has stains in the bottom and just general wear. The outside has generalized stains here and there that are only evident when looking for them in natural light, mostly in corners and where the lulu logo is but are scattered through out. The long strap is included an is in great condition but does has staining on the white and purple part. The gold colored hardware has scratches.
