All of these tins were from Lush gift bags. They came with an item inside them in the gift bag. The item which was inside the tin in the gift is no longer in there, although there may be som residue from the product left in the tin. You can easily get the residue out by washing with soap and water. The tin is just empty. These are really difficult to open and they dent easily.Knot Wrap Scarves
These are rectangular shaped pieces of cloth which I got with Lush gifts. They products are no longer inside of the cloth. I am just selling the scarf itself. There will be scent and residue on the scarf because it was used to wrap a Lush gift and had unpackaged bath products touching it. You can easily throw it in the wash to remove any residue.

These items are made with essential oils, coloring agents and butters, and are packaged in compostable packaging, which absorbs the essential oils, butters, and coloring agents. When the oils/butters/colors seep into the compostable packaging, this process makes the bath products (soap, bath wands, bubble bars, bath bombs, bath melts, scrubs, etc, etc) look discolored and "wet" or soggy. Buyers have reported to me that once they remove the products from the compostable packaging, the bath products soon return to the original colors and the "wet" look goes away once the butters/oils/color ingredients settle in normal air once removed from the airtight and/or sealed packaging. I also wrap all my products in saran wrap to help preserve the freshness. These items are very fragile. I am just going to pre-disclaim that the item will break during shipping. I will use cardboard and padding to ship it, but due to how fragile the item is, there really is no way to keep it from breaking. For the Party Popper, this is very prone to breaking. especially near the point and upper part of the triangle/party hat shape. This one will not arrive in one piece as pictured. Father Christmas has an outer shell, so this will probably crack. Crackersnap is a massive bath bomb, and since it is so long, I am pre-disclaiming that it will break in half during shipping, and probably arrive in at least several pieces. There is no way this one is going to arrive in one piece. Since Crackersnap is at least 3 baths in one, then part of the work is done for you when it arrives in more than one piece. A broken bath bomb works exactly the same way as an unbroken bath bomb, and it will still dissolve and fizz the same way in your bathwater and turn your bathwater the same color. Sandy Santa is a Sugar Scrub, and these break up into individual sugar particles, which work the exact same way as if they were still pressed into a "santa" shape. Instead of holding the santa in your hand and scrubbing your skin, you just need to put the sugar particles in your palm and scrub them over your body and it will do its job exactly the same way, if not better. That all being said, do not complain to me about ANY of these items breaking because I have no desire to give it to you for free. It was not free to me; it actually cost me a lot of money. The molded Halloween shower jellies are molded to the shape of a character mold, unlike normal Lush shower jellies which are molded to the shape of the jar. Since the specialty character molds are not the same shape as the jar, the jar will not be full. NO COMPLAINTS about the jars not being full. Also do NOT try to say that these jars are "supposed" to have a seal because they didn't come with seals. Most of the specialty jellies are from the UK. The UK does not put seals on ANYTHING. Lush North America does not put seals on their shower jellies either. No complaints about fictional seals not being there, jars not being full, or anything else you can think of to try to get me to give you a free item out of my own pocket. None of these items were free to me, and I'm not going to give it to you for free just because you decided to complain and try to scam me. I'm not interested in being scammed so don't even try it...General Disclaimer for ALL Lush Products:
I take great care to package these products in as safe and affordable a way as possible to both buyer and seller. Do you want to pay $15 per item for shipping? Didn't think so. Items are shipped to you with bubble wrap and/or newspaper and/or cardboard strips, then shipped in bubble or envelope mailers. If you want your items shipped in a box, there is an additional minimum $4 shipping fee for the additional weight of the cardboard box. All 2012 items on this listing are being sold as "Collectibles" not bath products. Obviously, it is not 2012 anymore, it is now 2014, so the products are past the "best use date" guidelines given by the manufacturer, which only concerns the freshness of the product. There is NO expriation on any of these products, ONLY a freshness "best use" date. We personally do not recommend that you use old bath products, although the manufacturer, Lush Cosmetics, has said that it is perfectly fine to do so! No refunds or complaints about the products being old! They are collectibles, and I have been VERY HONEST about them being from 2012!The 2012 versions are old, so they are faded and very discolored, and some of the ingredients have separated and crystallized between the outer layer of the product and the cellulose wrapping paper. It looks like white crystals. This is the sodium bicarbonate which separates and crystallizes over time. Do not complain to me and say that it looks like mold, or that they are wet, or whatever. I have already stated that the products are all very old and they are also soft, melted and powdery. The oils and butters in this product also seep out and make it soft & mushy.The age of these product is exactly why I am selling them so ridiculously dirt cheap!

During shipping, Lush products crumble, crack, become powdery, break, shatter, and otherwise become damaged due to poor postal handling and / or product fragility.

International Shipping
When items are shipped internationally, it takes a really, really long time. Also, I use Economy (slowest) international shipping because it is the cheapest unless you specifically request Standard (moderate speed) or Expedited (faster) and also PAY the additional amount. Shipping times internationally are a lot longer than domestic wait times, and there is absolutely no way to guess-timate how long it will take, so don't ask me because I have no idea, and will not give you an answer that you could potentially use against me if it does not arive within that time frame. This is not my fault. Mainly, the wait times are due to the customs process in YOUR country. I am not responsible for customs delays in your country, and I have absolutely no way to contact them in your country from my country and try to make them release your package sooner or whatever. If you would like to contact customs in your country and ask them to clear your package into your country sooner, then please do so yourself as I have no way of doing this from my country!
In some countries, and I have no idea which countries specifically, the customs department will require YOU to pay import tax to import your purchase into your country. Not all countries require this, but some do. This import tax is 100% your own responsibility. It is also your own responsibility to educate yourself about the customs process of importing items into your own country from a different country, and whether or not you will be required to pay import tax, fill out documents. Do not complain about the "invoice not being attached" to the package because this is about the required import tax. I ship all international packages with the required documents for export out of my country and import into your country, HOWEVER, if your country requires import tax, then they will look for the "invoice" to be attached. Because you have not yet paid your import tax, the "invoice" will "not be attached" to the package. You need to figure out how to pay your country's customs' department's import tax in order to get your purchase.
