This is a very collectible Goebel piece, M.J. Hummel Pendant Watch\"Ring Around the Rosie\". It comes with the box and the papers. It is a watch on a chain that hangs from a hook underneath a clear dome. The base is wood with a gold plate that says M.J. Hummel.
