Wagner. I have checked the KPM PLAQUES book by Sean Shakrovski and Vera Rininberg and all internet sites relating to KPM Plaques and could not find this plaque, so I am guessing this one is number 54 made by R. Wagner for KPM.Plaque size: Length 9 1/2 inches by 6 1/2 inches.
Frame size : Length 14 1/2 by 11 inch
